Most good jewellers will put almost any stone in any setting they carry. When my fiance and I went ring shopping, they were showing us diamond engagement rings, and they said “we can put in a sapphire instead, if you would prefer” (sapphires being my preferred stone)
Just go to a few jewellers, and find a ring you like the looks of, and ask if they’ll substitute the stone.

go online to Excel Diamonds. They are very reputable, and make beautiful engagement rings!!

If they have them in Ohio try Jared’s or the Shane Co. You get to pick the band the setting, etc. I know of several girls that have gone to both and rave about their rings.
